Rain in the Afternoon -------------------------- Rain - the slanted dashes of childhood drawings - drops through leafless branches of winter-dead trees into tiny splashes. Each splash - a volcano of wet dreams - through the slanted blinds through the square of each tiny grid of the window screen falls to wet roads, wet cars the wet sidewalks and slouched passersby. *** mG.

Good stuff! Childhood drawings, wet dreams, slouched passersby. Tight imagery --- creates room for a whole horde of personal contextual interpretation. So while its yours --- i get to claim it as mine. You do know what I mean?

I got drenched in the rain other day coming back from work. I have never hated rain so much..........those days in school coming back thoroughly wet in the monsoon rain, Sipping warm mechi special in the evening, snuggling tightly in the bed following the beat of pearldrops from heaven..distant memories of the past. You sprout up the past with the slightest tickle mindgames ...kudos! where u been these days anyways? shoot an email or sth....
