GULERIYA, Feb 19 - Irate over an altercation with Nepali policemen, Indian paramilitary-- Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) personnel crossed the border into Nepal and surrounded the Nepal Police post in Bardiya district on Saturday.
Some 20 armed paramilitary SSB personnel led by Indian Police Inspector Amarnath Chand also threatened to bomb the Nepali police post yesterday night.

The altercation erupted between the two sides after the SSB personnel severely beat up a number of Nepali policemen when they crossed the border into India to graze their cattle.

The SSB personnel armed with modern weapons including SMGs and SLRs also threatened to bomb our police post, Police Inspector Ganesh Bastola told ekantipur.

Local residents of Bhimmapur VDC said the SSB personnel have several times entered Nepal and beat up some locals in the past.

Following the incident the SSB has barred people from crossing the Indo-Nepal border in the area.

Nepal is my country, not theirs....Dude......kick their butt.

Nepalese are busy picking pennies steping on a dollar bill. We should have been more concentrated on the issues like this than whining on the minor issues.
