आगामी २०१० मा हुने विश्व कप फुटवलको क्वलिफाइगं राउण्ड अन्तरगत हिजो नेपालले ओमान संग प्रतिसपर्दा गर्यो । सो खेलमा ओमानले  आफनो घरेलु मैदानको उपयोग गर्दै नेपाललाई ठुलो अन्तरले हराउने विश्वास त्यहाका दर्शकले लिइ पनि नेपालीको उत्कृष्ट खेलले सो भने सम्भव हुन सकेन । अन्तत ओमानलाई  २.० को नतिजा मा चित्त  बुझाउनु पर्यो ।

it not that nepal played well the truth is oman did not play well, i watched the whole game and there was not even a single attack on the omani post. the boys looked so hopeless that they were even passing to the opponents but anyways luck favored us and we din have that humiliating defeat in tearms of goals.
