I suggest you not to buy land now in ktm because due to easy available of bank lone demand and price of land is high due to international condition centeral bank is going to control by making new laws then i think price will goes down after that then will be best time to buy . it may take few months to came into practice but if you are thinking to buy in loan then do it fast
