 H1B transfer denied

My H1b transfer got denied this week. I was in h1b since Oct 08, from one of the consulting company and transfered it to another company as of start date. But this week it got deneied, is there any way to go back to previous employer if they haven't revoked my h1b. Is there any bettter solution? please help!
