If you leave in Nepal and Never Been to USA then the answer is No. If you lived in US and you have an account with broker in US then you can trade from anywhere. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply Shriprakash...I am currently residing here in US..But planning to go back for good. ..I do have the broker account...But How do I withdraw money? Can broker transfer money to Nepal?

I think you should withdraw money and transfer to Nepal. If you love trading and you want to continue then have somebody manage account for you so if needed that person will help you out to transfer and other stuff, But its hard to find somebody you can trust.
