Somefriends are organizing a
fundraising happy hour here in Washington, DC this thursday to help this
cause. It would mean the world to us if everyone could atleast drop by,
even for a little while. Here are the details:
Venue:
Thursday January 13th from 6pm-10pm or later
Duke's City Restraunt
1208 U St, NW
(corner of 12th and U st: Nearest Metro Station is the U
Street/African-American Civil War Memorial/Cardozo metro on the Green Line)
How it will work:
Option 1: Make a donation at the door and get special prices for drinks
Option 2: Pay normal prices for drinks with the donation included.
So, the more you drink, the more you are helping.
The Cause:
Help raise funds to Rebuild the Samaritan Children Home in Navalady,
SriLanka.
