It is shocking to hear the University of Indianapolis incident. I am not surprised to hear about the Subash Rai incident.. All these Limbus, Rai's, Bhotes, Magar, Thakalis, Bahuns and Newars are always the problem at home and also in States.
Many of these people are indulging in illegal activities in America and Canada, like making fake SSN Cards and getting employed illegally. I hope US Department of immigration and Justice get hold of these violaters and put them behind bars for at least 4 years and deport them.

These Illegals ought to get their asses whipped, they will never learn and continue to break laws to fulfill their needs. They don't give a rats ass about the US. There has to be restraint on the amount of people being let in, and then the government has to monitor these people, so that if they overstay their visa they get deported, instead of grazing freely like a wild boar.
