Long rule and highest corporate corruption in the history. He harbored Maoist, he would have put them down in the very beginning but it used it as begging bowl ( मागी खाने भाडो) . No accountability about the money in as well out. All went into their pocket. Sold Hetauda Kapada Udhyog, Harishiddhi Itta tyal karakhana etc for pennies and made sick to RNAC . You name it. He could have done many thing for the country but did not.
