I think this is a clever move by king to avert tomorrow's HUGE rally!...I personally believe, this is a logical way to convert king from constitutional to ceremonial! GPK talked about King playing role as CEREMONIAL Only...so the key is he has to get everyone's approval for constituent assembly for that as the #1 priority.
- King should just have one occurance and shouldn't be Shree 5 any more...It should be along the lines of "King is ceremonial as a symbol of unity" that's it! Nepal should no longer be Kingdom of Nepal. It should only be Nepal period
- Shree 5 ko sarkar should be replaced by Nepal Sarkar all over in government institution.
- Mahendra, gyanendra, etc names of institution should be converted to appropriate names.
- The picture of king should be taken out of all government offices and should be replaced by picture of Nepali flag and map!

Did I forget to add that now Nepali janata don't have patience to wait 2+ years for this to happen. This should be done very very quickly and approved with a set date for constituent assembly election. Once an election date is announced in a month or so, the credibility of the parliament this time around will increase much much higher or else
