I am on F1, got my H1 approval recently. I am thinking to go to Nepal in October for Stamping, because I will also have a chance to celebrate Dashain. By the time, I go to Nepal, I wont have completed my Masters. I will be having one course due (which completes by December, and I am graduating in Feb 2009). Will this create a problem in H1 stamping, especially regarding the intent of being in US? Anybody having similar experiences?

Is it possible to get a date for Husband and Wife for H1B and H4 respectively, together? Are there any conditions on that? How much finance do I have to show for my wife?
