Mero H1B Visa chha tara..job nai pako chhaina..through the dhoti consultancy. Malai wakka laghi sakyo dhatera chhalera..plus aja bhjoli vendor call pauna pani ekdam muskill chha..anyway they are useless dhotis..who dont know anything about IT. Since, OCt 1st..H1b start bhayo and am thinking to go ack to graduate school instead rather then staying like this like a Broiler chicken (Mass produced for wholesale sale ) through training by Dhotis....Tara H1B bata F1 ma jana k garnu parla....I know I could join Kaplan in the meantime..tara heard that..tesko laghi paystubb chahinchha arey...tara...kaam nai chhaina...dhoti le paystubb nai diyeko chhaina....Kasari status change garney hola??Plus.,upon graduation(MS) will I be able to get H1 without being in a lottery again .or how does it work??

H1b is the worst Visa...na nilnu na thuknu..what a crappy Visa is this....Kaam siddhine bittikai out of status re...F...k u .........US iimmigration....

This consultancy companies should be fined so much that next time anyone who plans to conduct one , at least think several times.

You have H1, tara no work....afue saga ramroe kaam cha , tara no H1.

transfer garna milnay vhaya , katti kaida hunthioye, boru ma 2, 3 hajar pani dinthiya......

anyway, it's not that hard to transfer back to F-1.

mailae suneko once u are in h1 and u go to F1 u can revoke H1 by filing it again in April, but I am not sure, you need to do some research to verify it.

I have been looking for jobs in my relevant field..ie.Finance..If I get hired for $15 and hour or up at these places..Can I transfer my h1b??I have heard that you have to make certain amount since you are in H1..I would even consider transferring my h1 tara..no cos are taking it now... I was trained for BA...I am located in NJ area...

There is a Nepali IT consultancy in Iowa who shoulder expenses, IT training & placement with high compensation salary.  Although with no contracts signed, in good faith they ask you to work for one contract or 6 months. Must be experienced IT person with good IT background.

I dont think I ll trasnfer to another IT consultancy either..not worth..I ll rather get my Masters..that too..relocate all the way to Iowa..come on..I am in NJ,NY area..hot spots in new england area..Thanks though for the info....
