hey folks! i have been thinking of filing asylum. But i have been here for almost two yrs. I'm holdin f1 visa rite now. will there be any rist to my status. what are the consequences of this step. Help me. Suggestion will be praised.

No chance bro, it's too late, you should have filed within a year of your arrival. If you file you will get deported. Best thing to do, go to Nepal. and come back and present evidences that your life in Nepal is dangerous. File only from CA or NY. Don't file from TX.
