Mulla Nasruddin and his BEGUM went to Switzerland for the 50th anniversary of their marriage. They went to the same hotel where they went for their honeymoon. It was same as it was 50 years ago. They got the same room too. And everything in the room was same too! same curtain, same bedcover same wall carpet! They were so happy.
"Dekh Shabnam, allah ke marjise sabkuchh honeymoon ke din ka jaisa mila hai, isliye ham bhi usdin jo jo kiya tha wohi karenge. Yad he na tujhko, tu ghunghat odhke bistarke is kone me baithi thi. Hum pesab karne gayethe aur ake......"
Mulla went to the toilet. Shabnam waited with her face covered by GHUNGHAT. But suddenly she heard mulla laughing very loudly in the toilet.
She asked mullah after he came.
"Mulla, laj ke mare us din to sodh nahi saki, magar aj to janke rahungi. Tu pachas sal pahle us din bhi aise hi hasa tha jorse aur aaj bhi hasa. Kya ho gaya tha us din aur kya ho gaya aaj?"
" Mat puchh Shabnam. Us din pesab ka bakht ceiling gila ho gayatha aur aaj jutha gila ho gaya."
