One of my friend is trying to call his wife in his graduation in the tourist visa. Is it possible? Visa dincha ki didaina wife lai graduation ma? Has any one got any idea about this thing?
The application for her dependent visa was rejected some months ago. Please give some idea, ur idea will help a lot.

Why don't you just give a try. If they don't give visa, you will lose $100 application fee. That's all.
