Hey all,
 Do you have any idea why Nepalese Hakims ( higher level officers, ministers etc. etc. ) put colorful bath towel over the black leathered revolving chair in ther office??  I have not understood yet. Is this  really necessary ?? just being curious........

Hahaha.....nice one, u noticed.....I don't know why but  May be we can sleep in the chair with our heads covered with it???? and when u wake up finally, you wanna go to the bathroom and wipe your face again.

hehehe, good point, I don't know why they do that, but that really annoys and disgusts me
