Alu ra Kerau ko Achar (spiced potato-peas salad) is a very popular, quick and easy Nepali pickle dish. It goes very well with chuira (pronounced "chyu-raa") (beaten rice), roti (tortilla), chips or Nepali's favorite dal-bhat (lentils and rice)-
