It looks like the courts have separated TPS into separate buckets and some TPS holders fate could be हस त नमस्ते pretty soon.( mine too)

If there is still danger in Haiiti, ethiopia and somalia why wouldnt the same standard be implemented for NEPAL and NICARAGUA plus for venezuela?

The active crisis that is happening in countries like somalia ethiopia and haiti are gang related warfare, civil unrest, political instability etc etc and i think it definately justifies the extension .
Countries like nepal nicaragua and venezuela have stale crisis where the government can prove that the disaster occured 11 years ago in Nepal and hurricane MITCH battered nicaragua in 1998. The situation of the country being poor and unstable doesnt meet the narrow legal defination of that original disaster anymore . Hence the court are compelled to put a full stop for some countries and govt is also trying hard to unalive it .
Thats why in my opinion there could be TPS disparities in coming days for these countries .

USCIS just released a few days ago in their website where they mentioned TPS as temporary. Inside source : the government is actively participating with the embassies to find out the conditions of these tps designated countries to win and fight in the court.
