i entered US on F1
completed education got OPT
worked for a consultancy on OPT
consultancy applied H1
currently working for a client (EVC model)
thinking to goto Canada for H1b stamping, want some advice

1. Employment model - Direct Employer / Employer Client (EC) / Employer vendor Client (EVC) ?
2. Which US consulate did you go to ?
3. Approval / Denial
4. If denial - 221 (g) Reasons ?

one additional question

5. during F1 did you SS for u.n.a.u.t.h.o.r.i.z.e work and filed taxes ? (i have - thats why i am asking this)
