Guys, anyone know exactly if OPT can be extended with this immigration relief for Nepal. If someone has expired visa and OPT is expiring in 07/2015, now what are the options?

this relief thing not gonna help any ppl working in opt, i have my opt expiring on 12/2015, and i am already looking for colleges,
