 Spouse has different (earlier) Resident Since than primary beneficiary in GC (employment)

Employment based GC.

Primary beneficiary - Residence Since 09/22/2015
Spouse - Residence Since 04/18/2014

USCIS was never notified about this.

Anyone any ideas how to tackle this?
Is this error on USCIS side?
Can Spouse file N-400 based on that date?
