Could someone suggest me a cheap student insurance company please? What insurance do you use and how much do you pay? Please help. :)

Me $1250 per year and spouse $3750 per year.

Please mention your state. All sajha users who are in NY ... MEDICAL BENEFIT is FREE for F1. Please do not pay any huge ammount in insurance. Its government grant and its FREE, not a single penny. All F1 students , take this Benefit as we are paying crazy ammount of money in tuition.

International office knows about the insurance policy of student.
I pay $294 per semester as medical insurance.

Sabai college ma haina . I am here in community college(CUNY). I pay nothing for insurance. If anybody attend the community college and have a health problem , my 2 cents advice may be useful. I used to have 2 kidney stones which hurt a lot. I went to emergency and hospital send huge bills. Later I discover Medicad for all so I am safe. BTW, Medicad is not bad for regular check up hai!

medicaid is given only to citizens, and that too with low income...isn't it true? how can a non resident alien student be elligible for medicaid? Ok, emergency is a different case!
