I went back home last year May and my visa was valid thorough September 07. I did not have any problem at all. Enjoy your visit.

Yellow,

what visa are you in??? is it B1/B2 or F1 or some other kind of visa???? you have not specified that in your post; like most people, I assume that it is a B1/B2 because, as you might also know, and just in case, if it is an F-1 visa, you can't come in between a semester period if you did not start the semester in the country, for example, if you leave in Aug without attending the Fall, you can't become to the US until December.

And if you're in B1/B2, how long have you stayed in the country since your last visit??? In some rare cases, the authorities at the entry point might question you, even though you have a valid visa-if you stayed in the country for a long time on B1/B2 despite being in status. Just a precaution.

Good Luck to you.
