Hey folks

I need a relationship verification from Nepal and unlike the normal cases, I need a document off 2058 census that lists my parents' names alongside mine.

Where could I get a document that has my father and mother listed as my parents?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Note: I already have the traditional Relationship verification ( nata pramanikaran ) but I need a document off Census Bureau too.
